This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this hotel and I absolutely love it. The staff and the crew are phenomenal. They always have a positive attitude and super welcoming when you come to the hotel the main reason why I came back this time was because of a gentleman named. Hicham Lachhab he has the best Customer Service and the best customer relations that I have ever seen in an assistant manager for the Ashley. Inn I will definitely be staying here more often due to his amazing customer service and the liability. It’s kind of funny. We actually met each other first time in August and he actually remembered me and my name, which is outstanding definitely wished that this gentleman could get a massive pay raise for the amazing customer service and hard work that this man puts in thank you again for allowing me to stay at this amazing hotel and thank you for being an amazing customer service representative

The Ashley was clean and the staff was nice. They have a free shuttle to the casino on Friday and Saturday. We came over from Salem to go to a concert at the casino and it was nice not having to drive there and back.

We were very happy with our stay at Ashley Inn, the room was large and well appointed with every comfort you'd need. The breakfast was a convenient perk, there was safe, ample parking and staffed entrance. We will definitely choose Ashley Inn for our next visit to the coast.

Ashley inn and suites has basic amenities for the price range and "amenities fee" daily. The breakfast was decent on weekends but otherwise you can find better hotel options for the price point. This property doesn't have any ocean views. The hot tub wasnt working and was closed by caution taped during our entire stay. The pool was nice/warm thankfully. Our room(107) floor planks were coming apart and made our barefeet black/dirty. The room window made a loud thud thud thud all night from rain collecting/dripping. Room 107 is also very close across the hall to the 24 hour gym. One night it was very loud/annoying from 2 people using the machines and talking loudly until about 11pm. Bedding had some random black fuzzies on top cover and a few dark long hairs. Beds were uncomfortable. We'll be choosing another property in the future.

Had junior suite which was nice and roomy, was supposed to have tv in living room area and there wasnt, when asked said they ordered one. Breakfast was minimal and orange juice was watery, couldn't find anyone until we were done. Only sweet cereal. Nothing if you were diabetic

We have scheduled another weekend here next month and this was due only to our positive experience. The white duvet cover had some marks/stains on one bed. With great lighting from blessed sunshine, dust on face of desk and dresser visible. Bathroom was clean but due to age and use, the toilet seat had yellow stains and bubbling on surface. It looked questionable but it was clean.

Great amenities. Pool and hot tub was excellent. Breakfast room is small but breakfast is good. One suggestion, plz put the sausage and scrambled eggs outside along with other breakfast items. Many guests did know that there was even hot breakfast present. No point having a person standing and bringing the sausage when asked.

Staff was awesome and friendly. Room was nice, and in good location. The weekend 'hot food' cook was super kind. Please consider giving him real eggs and sausage to cook. I understand its a free breakfast, but poor guy has nothing to work with... Maybe an omelet station? Ran out of shampoo and staff quickly refilled, thank you! Price of stay and dog friendly made this a great choice for our family!

Beneath the bedsheets, the mattress had several stains, which aligns with expectations for a two-star hotel. The television was functional and offered many channels, though its age resulted in a noticeable flicker. I will not stay here again even for a $85/night. Pool was out of order and I did not get charged a fee.
