It was much better when we first starting staying here about 15 years ago. Staff were okay. The beds are comfortable but the room cleanliness could have been better (counters had dried, spilled coffee on them). The halls seem to be vacuumed right down the middle, but both sides had dirt up against the wall the whole length walking from the room to the elevator. Pool is closed and has been for several years. It'd be nice if they reopened it. And definitely need some upgrades in the rooms. Otherwise, it's okay. Not sure we'll be back and sadly we've stayed there many times for a long time.

The stay was OK, the pool & hot tub were out of order, the breakfast was subpar, very disorganized, ppl having to grab their plates over the top of you while you make your waffle, dirty tub next to the food, the breakfast bar is COVID waiting to happen!

This is a great, simple, clean hotel. The pool And hot tub seem to be out of order all the time but they have luggage carts, are centrally located, have decent breakfast and kind staff. Pet friendly, lots of parking.

When we walked in to check in, no one was at the desk. I was greeted by a gentleman, said I was checking in. Saw a sign on counter saying the hot tub and pool were closed. I said that is the reason I picked this place, and I even called ahead of time to see if they were open. So I was mot happy about that. The bed in our room had stains on the mattress pad, and talked to a man at the front desk he said they would change it. They did not change it. There was mold on the wall in the room. The staff was not very friendly at all. I don't know what happened to this place, but I used to love staying here. Definitely will be looking for a new place to stay.
