Room was ok for what I paid!! The room had a smoke smell and I made the front desk rep aware when I checked out! It seemed to be an older hotel but it was ok for one night!

Hot tub pool

The room was nice and the property was clean but the pool area was uncomfortable. The pool was like a hot tub and smelt odd. I wish the pool would have been a little cooler.

The busy front desk lady had to come up to our room and put the TV online. She also had to plug in a floor lamp and the refrigerator didn’t work. She ended up having us change rooms..

DO NOT STAY HERE!

BED BUGS! After checking into a room without sheets and being told no sheets to begin our stay, we were moved to a room with sheets that was seemingly clean. However, woke up Sunday morning with close to 60 bites over my body and more continued to show up the remainder of the day and into the next. I have video of a bed bug crawling across the bed as well. Spoke to manage who two days later is still refusing to contact a pest company and has only offered to refund my stay even though I am not incurring medical bills because of their negligence to maintain their accommodations properly. Rose at the front desk tried to be as helpful as possible but the General Manager Jay seems to only be there half the time and has yet to contact me. I have had to call them repeatedly at this point.
