Great stay with small snag

Great stay! The only complaint is that the front desk person announced my room number and there were other patrons in hearing distance that were not in my party. I let him know I could not stay in that room as he announced it out loud but he was quickly able to change me to a different room which he pointed to instead of saying. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was low but ok, the light switch at the door did not connect to a light so I had to go into a dark room to turn on the light (gotta keep the door shut, there were SO many bugs with it being the south in the summer lol).

The hotel was nice. The room was super clean, the shower was nice (the shower head could use to be a little higher), the breakfast was convenient and nice, and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

We paid a higher rate for a room with a Hot Tub. The jets didn’t work. The TV had a tiny piece of paper pinned to to wall above. Stating TV will not work with out the sensor. Do not remove. But, it wasn’t there!! NO TV! We got in later in the evening and had to switch rooms. Only to have non working items. So we just went to sleep. As I was checking out the manager informed me he couldn’t do anything for me. And I should have come back to the office a 3rd time and reported it.
