Ok but just ok

This hotel goes up and down but they are doing better since covid. Cheap and few pillows in the room but it was clean. Mattresses are like rocks and the pullout was unbelievably uncomfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options, and the bar is back to serving drinks in real glassware which is nice compared to our last stay in 2022

Overall the hotel room was pretty clean and our stay was OK. However, The bedding was old and was stale smelling. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Our toilet would not flush properly.

Staff was great. Location near lots of shopping, groceries, restaurants. Only knock is the building needs some upkeep. Carpet stains and torn couch, but was clean.

Property was nice, hotel was clean and kept up. The room had stains on the floor, safe broken, toilet paper holder broken, a bottle of pills and vaseline was found in the night stand. Breakfast was great with the omlet station.

I liked that there was a chef making omelets, but I wish there had been more breakfast options like waffles instead of their flimsy pancakes, and the omelets were just ok. I also didn’t like having to request a new room, as the first one we had booked smelled like cigar smoke, despite this being a smoke-free facility. The house keeping person who came in our room didn’t do a good job of cleaning, they left a trash bin full, they didn’t fix the bed, and they left the new towels by the tv instead of stocking them back in the restroom. It was disappointing having to come back to our room and seeing it was still the same. Overall, the staff at this location didn’t seem the friendliest. They weren’t rude, but they also weren't nice. We were expecting a little more from Hilton. I don’t think we got much value for our money, unfortunately.

It’s just okay. Not as clean as I would have liked, but because we only stayed one night, it was fine. It was a good hotel for what we paid. I will say the made to order omelette bar was wonderful!

I had made a reservation for my daughters Birthday.. i was not notified prior to my stay that there was a new rule implemented in February 2025 regarding parties and gatherings. That was a failure on the hotels management part to not notify people that already had reservations about this new rule prior to the day of check in so that your guests are able to get a full refund and make other arrangements if necessary. Being that i did not know about this rule until i checked in ' it was too late to make any changes with my daughters Birthday being the next day and she was super excited to stay at this particular hotel. After finding that out i let my family and friends know they can stop by and drop off her gift but they can not stay long. As i was bringing my belongings into the hotel i did have a cake for my daughter which i didnt see a problem with us celebrating her birthday with a cake like most people do ' But the Assistant Manager was checking in another young lady saw me walking by with a warming bag and my daughters cake and said very loudly "Any signs of a warming bag is an automatic eviction and any signs of a cake is an automatic eviction" .. so i turned around and said "Excuse me sir are you speaking on me?" .. with a very rude tone he says "No! I'm talking to this lady!" I felt mistreated and attacked !

We arrived after a full day of travel to a hot room, the A/C wasn’t running. We texted and called and eventually they sent someone to fix it. Luckily it was fixed, but we waited so long we missed our chance to eat dinner and our kids went to bed super late. Very frustrated that the room’s A/C was not on and running upon arrival, and it took a couple hours to get a fix unfortunately. No partial refund or immediate room change while they got someone to fix the room. Hotel was clean and hotel staff was great. No issues besides this!
