Staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was clean for the most part. Some repair needed on flooring/baseboards and the sleeper sofa could use a cleaning and new mattress. Our stay was very quick and pretty much just a sleep and go so we didn't use any of the facilities or eat breakfast, but it was what we needed and we were pleased with the stay.

Checked in late. Went to crawl in bed and my sheets had BLOOD on them. Front desk (Haley) brought new sheets (appreciated). I advised Shanda the next morning and she was going to have Nisha (mgr) reach out to me. I went on a cruise and didn’t hear anything the whole time. On way back went to sake hotel to see if I could get a room comped but needed Nisha. Do she advised to check in with her in the AM. So…I did. However, Nisha was “not in” and Lovely had to call her and text her to see what could be done. This experience was awful and unacceptable!
