When we arrived the foyer smelled clean. Our room was very clean. We enjoyed the stand up shower and rain like shower head. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast bar had a good variety of foods like bagels, cereal, eggs and yogurt. We enjoyed our stay !

We were really excited to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately the check-in experience was disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk for about 20 minutes. We tried waiting, calling out, and even calling the hotel phones, but one phone had the volume completely down and the other was very low. Eventually, my boyfriend had to go find another employee, and that’s when we learned the receptionist was in another room with both AirPods in and didn’t hear anything. When we were finally assisted, the interaction felt neither friendly nor welcoming, which added to the frustration after the long wait. Once checked in, things moved along, but the initial experience set an unfortunate tone for our stay. I hope management addresses this, as timely service and a welcoming attitude are important parts of hospitality.

Updating is happening but both our rooms were far from being acceptable…actually sleeping area was ok but both bathrooms’ showers were horrible…moved from one room to another but the shower doors in each were not fully functioning. The doors closest to the controls were not moveable so to turn on the shower, one had to get in the shower and get wet in the process with cold water! Staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was minimal….

Overall, I'm giving this property 5 stars for getting the basics right. Staff were courteous, room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfy. That said, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for stays more than a day or two. The room has so much unused space and there are no drawers or wardrobe to store clothing in. There are coat hooks attached to the wall and a rod for holding hangars, but that is all. Breakfast is also disappointing. Nothing hot, very little variety. Only cereal, oatmeal, bagels, sugary yogurt, apples, and hard boiled eggs. I would expect to at least have a waffle maker and some other fruit like bananas or oranges.

Solo traveler here. I stayed 1 night, the room was clean, I felt safe, close to Walmart, Chucky Cheese, restaurants & other things to do. The staff were helpful & nice. I couldn't find anyone for my morning checkout, but there was a tray to put your room key in at the front desk. The shower was missing part of the enclosure so water would get all over the floor. Also had mold along the floor where the shower is. The elevator was super slow. Other than a few minor things, over all it was a good experience.

Front office lady wasn’t most kind lady. Also someone spilled coffee in the elevator. I saw it while going to room at 7:30pm. Came back down around 9pm and it wasn’t cleaned up- someone just put a sign up for wet floor. Came back up to room around 11:15pm- still there. Left early morning around 6:30am- still there. And this was a whole cup of coffee and powered creamer- not like a drop etc. took up half the elevator. Really made me question how clean the place really is. Also wild how paper thin the walls are. You can hear everything.
