This hotel is in need of repair and up grade. Spend the extra money and stay else where. The staff was good about correcting issues but will not stay here again. And for the next 4 years i will be here visiting my kid at college .

Upon arrival i found that family who arrived the day prior had asked thst their room be cleaned & then finamly resorted to cleaning it thenselves I checked in and found my bathroom dirty. The outside of the hotel had several broken air-conditioning units. The grass was overgrown. The pool was GREEN. The ceiling had leaks and there were several trash cans out to catch the rain water. I spoke to front desk staff when checking out shortly thereafter & was told all the info would be relayed to management. I was there on site for only an hour or so. The room was not used or disturbed. In addition my son did a check in by email or text and was charged $120. I visited with expedia early the next morning by chat & was advised to call the manager. The manager said she had not been told about any of it. She agreed to refund my rapid reward points for my stay. The $120 for my sOn's room, and a partial refund on the family who artived a day early. I have yet to receive my rapid reward points.

Property was clean but seems to be outdated. Giving it that old musky smell. TV would cut in and out from wifi signal, Breakfast was limited, and ice machine on our floor was tore apart. Staff was awesome. Kind and alway smiling.

Hotel is not at all like what it looks like in pictures we found small roaches in our room fire alarm went off at midnight front desk said they were resetting it why would they do that at night when ppl are sleeping! We kept smelling cigarette smoke in the hall it was awful. My kids wanted to get in the pool and that was a big NO it was green dirty with algae. I would not recommend this place at all!

The place was not what I expected at all. The grass in the front was long. As soon as we walked into our room we could smell Mold. There was peace of paper for on the door with the plastic cover and that was filled with water when we looked in the corner of the door that's when we saw the mold.

The property needs to be cleaned up, a lot of door room signs are peeling, or replaced with mismatched ones. The smell is musty, when you enter the motel, sort of like mildew, the pool was turning green. My check in was not good, we drove in front out of town, we were tired, we arrived at 3:30, and we were informed the room was ready, but check in in was 4:00, i asked for an early check in, she said policy was 25 dollars for that, we had to wait in our car, for 30 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, and didnt smell as bad as the rest of the hotel, but tub is badly stained. I won't be staying with comfort suites again.

there are accessible rooms which is nice for those who need it. There was no tub for the shower so water went everywhere in the bathroom. The curtains would completely cover the ac unit if closed, but opening them would breach privacy from the outside.
