Not Clean at All

I checked into this Best Western expecting a clean and sanitary experience, but what I found was a scene straight out of a horror movie. The toilet was unflushed and contained a nasty surprise, the couch had suspicious stains that I pray were just from spilled milk, and the bed was covered in hair. The whole place smelled like an old folks home. I checked out immediately. Do not stay here unless you want to star in your own personal 'gross-out' film.

Awesome staff

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were in the area for a music festival. The only real downside was the horribly inadequate water pressure in the shower. The price was very reasonable for a five day stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Pros: breakfast was good, staff was friendly. No loud obnoxious junkies and tweakers. Cons: appeared to have had water damage in room. The ceiling had stains on it appearing to be from a leak. The cuck chair next to the bed was ripped and stained. Biggest con of all was the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have slept on. I had a hard time falling asleep because of it and woke up with my back in a lot of pain. It felt like sleeping on a trampoline.

Anual 4th of July Visit.

We come to this property for the 4th of july. We always feel welcomed. Huge 4th of july party at pool side. A lot of fun! Our boys always want to come back. See ya next yr for visit #4.:)

Highly recommend

It was a fantastic stay especially for the price. We travel a lot both in the US and out. We have stayed in much more expensive and “fancier” places but none beat the overall experience here. Service, comfort, cleanliness all were exceptional. We stayed 4 nights and every night was quiet and never heart any noises outside our room. The lady at the front desk (wish I had gotten her name) we an absolute jewel- super sweet and helpful. The breakfast was actually really good too.

Greeted by a very nice lady. Check in slow but good. During the middle of the night we were awaken by a sound of something hitting the glass . Found a bullet hole in the window shattered glass on window sill and floor. Informed front desk. When we were leaving out the front door there were 3 employees smoking right outside the door under the canopy area. One was getting the trash can emptied. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke. Found it to be rude to be smoking right there when there were multiple families trying to leave.
