This is an older family owned hotel. The bathroom is vintage pink tile but is extremely clean. The staff were so kind. An older couple overlooked the hot breakfast.

The nostalgia of staying at a property with history was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were very nice to have. I was only there for one night, but the location is in walking distance of restaurants and shopping for those staying longer. The mattress was a tad too firm for me, but comfortable and the pillows were just right.

I don’t think they have upgraded anything since we first stayed here 40 years ago. This is our last stay here. This property is on its way out. The guy who checked us in spent a lot of time writing down the information on my credit card. It made me uneasy.

Wholesome 1950’s feel

Excellent! The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and they had a great pool. They have somehow preserved the 1950 look and feel. It felt quaint and family friendly. There was music at pool and families swimming and having a great time. I hope they continue to keep up the facility to keep the original look and feel of the motel.

Well, dont know really what to say because we weren't able to stay. I had no choice of any other room cause was sold out and the only room they had left was upstairs. I recently had a knee surgery and unable to go ip stairs. The room was 2nd. Floor and no elevators. I couldn't go up. So we weren't able to get keys, cant give any feedback. The person who great us at front desk was nice and attentive. He reassured me he was going to speak with the manager about this situation and see if he can resolve this, since we paid $300 just to know room was upstairs. Very sad about it, very expensive. Hope they can resolved

The place is old and dirty, not kept up. One of our rooms on the ground floor had windows that didn’t lock and someone could come through it if they wanted. When we went to take a shower the water just came out pure brown.

Price too high

The room had a musty odor, there were dead bugs in the window, the toilet had a hard time flushing, the shower head was very low. The bathroom sinks needs new washers on both handles to turn off water completely. Thick crusted dust behind night stand. Not happy with this room. We paid $251.00. We were definitely were overcharged for the state of the room.

Great bed, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic! AC was ok at best. Luckily it wasn't a hot day. Good for what we needed, a room close to Eccels Theater.
