These accommodations were perfect for my limited need. Easy check-in, cookie at the desk, friendly counter help which eased my mind (therapy credits) after arriving harried and hassled from overcoming a cancelled flight. It was comfy and just what I needed.

Daytime staff doesn't talk to nighttime staff. I had talked to the daytime manager and confirmed information a couple times and when we got there to check in, none of that information had been passed on. VERY FRUSTRATING

The toilet had urine in it when I first entered the room, the heater was super loud and would turn on for a minute, off for two, then back on all night long. Loud banging sounds throughout the night. The hallway has a bad smell.

Internet worked intermittently. Our room was on the first floor and furthest away from the router. Shower was handicap accessible and the shower wand would not stay in place. It had to be held with one hand while soaping with the other. If released it would turn and send water out of the shower and into the bathroom.

The area is ringed by snow dusted mountains today, making the views magnificent. The staff is friendly and the hotel is located close to gas and hiking options.

The hotel itself was great! Very clean, well kept. It’s a bit further off the highway than I expected, but not too terribly inconvenient The only disappointment was the breakfast service. The juices were watered down to the point you could barely see the colour of the juice, the coffee likewise very watered down. The eggs… I don’t know how the pre-mixed formula was altered but it had the texture of oatmeal/porridge, not eggs. I would say if you’re going to try and stretch/cheap out on your food like that, just don’t bother serving breakfast at all :/

We enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay - one night. We were traveling with two miniature dauchounds. The room smelled nice, not 'doggy' smell. The room was quiet and comfortable. The only concern that we had is that the exterior door at the end of the room 101, was not functioning and we could not open the door with the key card.
