When we arrived, the staff was kind. The room was out of shampoo and the pull out couch/ bed wasn’t made (when we clearly paid for a group of 5 in a 7 person suite). When we pulled it out, there was hair on the bed (and not the kind on your head), garbage under the couch and the doors clearly were not sanded prior to painting so it was very scratched up. Stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and only 2 towels (again for a 7 person suite). No towels at the pool and one poor worker that seemed to be doing it all. When they replaced the shampoo, they broke the dispenser off the wall (it seemed like it was hot glued on). But…. All that being said… for the price… it wasn’t bad. We only stayed one night and bed was comfy. The air conditioner worked well and the kitchenette was excellent! Breakfast was good and there was options for all individuals. So… for $212 (with breakfast on a Tues-Wed) for a group of 5 (2 adults/ 3 kids)…. I would pay that again and stay there… but I would check elsewhere for comparable prices first.

The washroom was not clean properly. I was told there is no room available to change 1 o’clock or 130 after several complaints. They gave me a room somehow so if they already had a room, why did they delay so much very bad experience overall on this visit

A good base from which to explore London. We were visiting Banting House as a large family group with a 1 year old. The infant cot provided was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the pool were great.

There were water stains on the bathroom ceiling from a previous leak, and the wall was warped. The air conditioner was also broken, and the bottom of the bathtub was stained black.
