The mattress's too soft and once I laid on the bed, my body just sank in. I had back pain after just staying there for one night. Hotel itself was good but I was glad that I only stayed for one night because of the mattress quality. Hotel is within proximity to restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast was included which was a bonus.

Room did not appear vacuumed (I found advil and loose change beside the bed (with a dog and baby in hand) on arrival. Room only had 2 towels for 3 visitors. Asked 3 staff members for towels, 2 of them said they would bring to the room (never did), the night clerk told me I was out of luck and to talk to the desk in the morning. Unacceptable. Front desk had no towels and said hotel was "out".Hallway floors and elevator were wet from pool with no slip signage. Rude, Dirty, no towels is unacceptable. Will not be booking with Hilton again.

This was a good nights stay. It was quiet and staff was friendly. They do need to invest in some new mattresses a d bedding, they were both umcomfortable.

The pool was very dirty (strands of hair, very murky, sand on bottom. Service was very slow. Asked for more toilet paper, never had it brought up. Had to ask twice for towels in the pool area (after waiting over half hour after the first time we asked. Pull out couch was broken.

We were a family of 5 with 2 young children and had a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of options. Our room was clean and spacious. The swimming pool was great and started off at 3ft deep which helped when bringing in our kids. Overall a great place to stay when visitng within the London area. Will stay there again!

Asked for clean towels, they were not delivered, had to track down a maid on the floor. Asked them to collect garbage and provide new bags, not done. Asked them to come and fix the sink in bathroom as it would not drain, not done.
