Would not stay here again. The parking lot was not plowed when we arrived, multiple cars were getting stuck. There is limited parking so we parked at the back of the building. The door is supposed to be locked and you can only enter with key access, but it was open about 5 inches, it doesn’t close. Not a secure building at all. When we got to our room there was toothpaste in the sink & hair on the bottom and sides of the shower; which we cleaned ourselves as our kids were ready for bed. The TV didn’t work. When we asked the front desk about it we were told it was a “power outage”. But everywhere in London had power, including all electrical in the hotel. On check out we were asked how our stay was. We said not great and named the above reasons; there was no apology from the staff. All we were told was the TV would be fixed later today (as we’re checking out lol) and to have a good day. The hotel is ascetically pleasing & good location, but service is very poor.
