Book Four Seasons Long Beach accommodation from NZ$253

Location was good. Service was good. Only issue I had was elevators were very outdated and ran rough. Got stuck for a moment. Time for owner to invest in those. Other than that everything was great!

Staff was very helpful, the Speakeasy was rather enjoyable. Only realy issue i had was bed was a little uncomfortable and room was warm, but not really a problem. Would definitely book again.

The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The water in the bathroom sink came out in what can only be called a trickle. The pool was lovely.

The hotel was lovely, nice bars, staff extremely good. Got early check in at 10am after a long flight from Australia so that was much appreciated.

This room is priced for attendees of conferences, not for its intrinsic quality. It was a good room, but not a $500 room. Very small, crooked paintings, lots of noise from the street, paper cups and Keurig instead of real cups and Nespresso, only one of the elevators working, but very very slow, no valet, etc. I was on the 3rd floor, which is at the level of the gym and walkway across the street from the hotel so everybody who was gym-ing or walking was looking directly into my room.
