Room was clean, nice and organized. Staff was friendly, quick and respectful. Valet was always on top of it, always quick to bring out my car by the time I got to the lobby. However, I will say that the shower heads need an upgrade; very low pressure and sometimes not hot enough. I still made it work.

The heat did not work. They sent someone and it worked for a moment but went back out. I was freezing cold the entire night. The front desk told me they would do a 20% discount and still charged me the entire amount.

Room and amenities were fine, but it was super stressful to learn the morning of our departure that whomever I had spoken to when I called to check on the shuttles that they don’t even do a shuttle service for Norwegian. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known that.
