I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was a little disappointing.
Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the lighting was extremely low and minimal, making the space feel dark and uncomfortable. It was difficult to see clearly, especially in the evening, and it did not create a welcoming or relaxing atmosphere.
The bathroom vent was not working, which made the space feel stuffy and poorly ventilated.
To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant sewer-like smell that lingered throughout the room, which significantly impacted our comfort during the stay.
For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. These issues made the overall experience far less enjoyable than it should have been.
On a more positive note, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. The valet service was excellent and made arrival and departure very convenient. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar, which provided a pleasant atmosphere. My kids especially loved the complimentary popcorn and hot cocoa, and they had a great time playing Jenga and using the pool table.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns to improve future guests’ experiences.
