The room was very humid, had a mildew feel and ac didn’t work properly. I could hear the guy next door snoring through the wall. Shower wand was set to spray directly into vent in shower when turned on which was likely cause of humid/mildew issue. Door lock was hard to twist. I will not be staying here for future trips and will inform my business colleagues.

Fire alarms going off had to get dressed fast to get out couldn't use elevatore had to drag our luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Finally got to lobby only to be treated badly and couldn't even talk to a manager. Staff had no idea what was going on. Had to leave early.
