My only complaint is the internet they provide. They have certain sites blacklisted. Like Paramount+ When we got back to our room from being out all day I wanted to put some StarTrek on site is blocked on all of our devices that were on the wifi. Ended up having to use a VPN to gain access.

For the tour and for the fans.

Customer service, bomb. Price, you get what ya pay for. Food was terrible and for the price we paid for it, YIKES! Good thing food is right across the street. Everything but the market/bar. The location for my trip was top notch. Couldn’t have been better. I wish I took Pictures. It was very nice.

Allergic reaction

My face was swollen after the first day because of either the feather pillows or the bedding, and I missed some of the event I was attending. After they changed the pillows and the bedding I didn’t have issues We also found ants in the bedroom during our whole stay. For the cost this was not a good experience and I wouldn’t stay here again

Phenomenal Stay

The property was extremely clean. Smelled very good from the moment we walked in. Food was good. Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and requests. The pool was nice as well as hit tub. Close to outside activities away from hotel. Over all our stay was very nice. We will be back soon for a longer stay.

This property is awesome if you are wanting to walk to the shops and restaurants. The property also has everything you need if you wanted to just stay there. The staff, outside of the girl who works in the food area, are extremely nice and accommodating. There was just one girl who was rude to my boyfriend and the other people in line this morning. But one bad attitude isn’t going to trump all of the other awesome employees. We enjoyed the pool area (Mikey was awesome!) and we also tried the swan boats this time which were fun. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit Long Beach. Definitely recommend.
