The room was great. The proximity was perfect. Zina and Nick were terrific. The only reason why it wasn't a 5, is because of Salvatore behind the bar. He was awful. No smile. No customer service. 3 people in the entire bar, and he made us cine to the bar and order. No water. No utensils. He really was almost useless. Just hid behind the pole and played on his phone.

We had a great time at the Hyatt! It was so close to everything and had wonderful walking trails. We walked to the Aquarium of the Pacific and several places to eat. This was our first time ever staying at a Hyatt and we will definitely stay again.

The pool and hot tub were so nice and accommodating. Hyatt has amazing and responsive service and the employees go out of their way to help you. Also the views are unbeatable.
