Book Motel 6 Long Beach accommodation from NZ$159

The Queen Mary has been on my bucket list for awhile, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff have been awesome, and it’s just so fun to stay at such a historical location.

Modern and clean

My opinion about the hotel is that I am very happy with the location, room and accommodations. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to stay there again. The only frustration I had was when I realized that I was being charged a "destination fee" every night that I was there. Maybe I missed that information somewhere in the booking of my room but I was not happy to get charged an additional $32.00 a night for basically no reason. As I was checking out I found out that there were some discounts that could have been used for food and other things but that was not explained to me very well or at all. A friend of mine was staying at the same hotel and because he booked directly with the hotel he did not have those charges added. I don't travel a lot so I'm not familiar with many thing pertaining to booking and travel but there is nothing worse than getting a surprise bill for something I didn't know about and/or use. I will definitely change my thoughts on how I book my next hotel in the future.
