I made a reservation through Expedia for 2 queen beds. At 3pm I called the front desk to inform them we would be checking in around 9-11 pm because the dance competition was still going. Once we got there at 1015 the front desk said they gave away our double queen bedroom and were given a king with a sofa pull out bed. When questioned about this change he replied saying "the room you reserved is not guaranteed through Expedia", which is false. If the room isn't available the website will tell you its not available and redirect you. I asked to speak to the manager and he says she wont be in until Tuesday and we were there only for the one day. Then we get to the room and find we need more blankets. I call and ask for 2 additional blankets and wait almost an hour. I then go back down where there is a young lady now and I give her my room number and request and she says, sorry I forgot about you we are busy down here. She goes and gets the "blankets". I go back to our room and take them out the bag and its not blankets its fitted sheets. In the morning I am sitting on the couch and here 3 knocks, no announcement, then someone tries to gain entry. Thankfully the latch is on and the cant open the door all the way and I yell stop because my wife is near topless. They say its housekeeping and they will come back later then close the door with no apology. This experience was subpar and dissatisfying. A refund would make this better.

stayed at your property on January 12, 2026. I wasn’t aware that remodeling was taking place. I was in room 212, and the smoke detector was broken and hanging from the ceiling. Additionally, my bed wasn’t freshly made—it was wrinkled and balled up as if the blanket had been pulled up in a hurry. As a member, I was able to check out at 1:30 p.m., but I couldn’t rest because housekeeping knocked on my door three times, even after I told them I was checking out at 1:30 p.m. I felt like they were rushing me. Also, the Wi-Fi kept blinking on and off. For the amount I paid for that room, I didn’t expect to experience these issues.

The room was newly renovated, clean and had a great layout! The proximity to the airport was fantastic for an easy departure after our hor breakfast. There was some noise and construction mess, but very tolerable levels.

The hotel was under major renovation. The entire hotel smelled foul from adhesive being used to install the carpeting. Lobby was under complete renovation. No kitchen service or room service because of the renovation. Took forever as in 10 minutes for the hot water to come to the shower. The noise from the construction was deafening. So bad I am considering contacting Capitol One to get refund. Also Travelocity gave NO warning of the renovation or lack of normal services at this hotel at the time of reservation. Will never use Travelocity to book a hotel again.

They were doing renovations and we weren't informed of that. Their website said everything would be open by the time we went, but it wasn't. the staff was rude. The rooms were nice, though. It was very disappointing.
