Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
The rooms pictured in the property details were not representative of my room. My room was very outdated and worse for wear. The baseboard was torn up. The carpet was stained and wallpaper was peeling. I was not comfortable at all in the musty room and I didn't shower while I was there because the bathroom was so dingy and unclean looking. They still use keys instead of key cards. I wondered how easily it is to make copies so security is very lacking I believe. I was very disappointed by the state of tge property after seeing what loojed lije s decent place online. The woman who checked me in walkedbaway from the desk as I pulled up. She put a sign up that she woukd be back soon but I had to call her to get checked in. She walked right by me without responding when I said hello. She never made eye contact and it was very clear she was annoyed that I called her to come back even though thst is what the sign said to do. I waited at least 5 minutes hoping she would return on her own which she did not. Bottom line. I did not enjoy my stsy from the first contact with her and with the ickiness if my room. I can't recommend this motel. Don't be fooked by the pictures. Also, the walls are paper thin.
