The hotel was disappointing overall. The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful, which made the experience frustrating from the start. The room itself had several issues — the rain shower didn’t work, the water pressure was very poor, and the water temperature never got hot, staying only at a lukewarm level. These problems made the stay uncomfortable and not worth the experience.
