Motel 6 is disgusting and creepy

The vibe was creepy and nothing was well lit. The actual hotel looked nothing like the pictures. The staff didn’t want to refund our room even though we checked in 5 minutes prior. The bedding when we saw the room was tattered and the entire building made me feel like I had bedbugs crawling on me.

The beds were comfortable, so sleep was good. There was no shampoo or conditioner and there was stuff on the bathroom door, not sure what it was. The pool was broken and the hall floors were pretty dirty. It was fine for the price though.

The Bed was clean and comfortable. That’s of major importance to get a good nights sleep. The people next door were talking loud, but luckily they stopped before it got late. The cost was reasonable. I brought my own shampoo, which helps on hotels of this class.

Room was clean and quiet. Area behind the motel where we could walk the dogs was littered & didn't feel as safe. Still a good price for a good night sleep.

Check in person was not very friendly. Hotel is run down, sparce and in need of a deep clean. Hot water is very very minimal - outside looked nice but deceiving of actual hotel/motel. You get what you pay for - last minute pit stop so reviews ratings were misleading.

That is not the photo of the Hannibal entrance. A smoke detector chirped all night- no one checked to fix it. Chirping detectors do not make a good night of sleep.
