It was a good hotel, really no complaints. There were a few minor things like a part of the fridge was broke and the shower handle leaked etc, only small things like that but overall I will definitely book there again

Arrived the tv was on and there was a half eaten salad in the refrigerator. Day 2 the coffee packet I used day one still in coffee maker and not replaced. Go to Hobbs once a year won't use them again.

The night auditor wasn’t very friendly, the first room we went into had a huge cockroach and a water leak in the bathroom that was constantly pouring out water. The second room we went to was better but we were warned of bad hot water pressure which didn’t bother me much but it seemed like a hassle to even get that done and this place didn’t look full at all with how many rooms there were. I work at a hotel too and I would expect better service than this. Sorry guys but you can do better. The guy in the morning tho was very friendly!

I got up at 4:00 AM showered, the shower drain was not secured to the base. Got out of the shower wanted a cup of coffee, got the pot out grabbed a pod and water bottle , BUT NO CUPS in my room. I saw the ice bucket sitting there so thought maybe the cups were in the bucket, HELL NO,what it did have was water FULL OF WATER it spilled all over the cabinet & on me.

Very nice hotel. Check-in clerk was a little apathetic. Our room had 1 of each of towel, hand towel & wash cloth. Check-in clerk went for more, kindvof begrudgingly. Breakfast was good. Sausage, hash browns, eggs with cheese, etc. Bed was comfy. Overall, we were pleased.

This was one of the worse hotel experiences that we have had. We stayed two nights. The first night we came in, the hotel clerk who was a yiund gentlemen was a little impersonal. When we got in the room, there were only two bath towels. We had 3 in the hotel which was included on the reservation. The next morning 5/31 around 7am, I called the front desk to request an extra towel for our 3rd person and the clerk told me Inwould have to come down to get it. Our room was in the very back of the hotel so Inwould have to walk a ling distance with an injured knee to get it. I opted to drive since my car was near my room. When I got to the front desk I spoke with a yound lady with long dark hair and asked for the towel. She was also impersonal and condescending when servicing my need for a towel. She gave me an old, thin, and stained towel without explanation. I asked if I could get a regular towel and she stated that the laundry had not been done so there were no more towels. I asked if she could have the maid give us three towels when they clean the room and she said to make sure there is no sign on the door. I proceeded to communicate my displeasure of the service the hotel experience especailly with the towel situation. She got upset and stated that she did not understand why I was displeased with the service. She proceeded with showing me the pool towels and stating that I could have got those instead. At this point, I told her that this was not good customer s
