Hair found in room throughout stay, never gave us adequate bath linens (two towels and one washcloth for two guests 6 days) despite going to front desk. No one answers phone at front desk when I called from the room. Ice machine broken on our floor. I was told there was a morning coffee station in the lobby but there was not and actually charged $6 for a cup of coffee in the lobby! Much cheaper hotels always have coffee in the lobby. Very disappointing.
Wonderful stay. Staff were very helpful. I arrived to check in at 11 pm. Needed to eat to take meds. Nothing open. Desk clerk offered his dinner. I refused. He was able to get me a plate and utensils from the kitchen so I could eat a frozen meal from the gift shop.

I have been spending over 60 days per year at this property for over 15 years and I still enjoy the attention and service that I receive every visit. Everyone around the property is very considerate and caring. The MClub staff is one of the best in the country, I canāt say enough good things about both the male breakfast attendant and the evening female attendant. They are absolutely five stars āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø!
This was a clean, very well located property that Iām so happy that I chose. Also, for the location, itās probably one of the only AFFORDABLE choices. One silly thing: Due to the design āaestheticā for the rooms, there are no drawers or any kind of storage in the room itself. Across from the bathroom sink are 4 relatively small drawers and a space for hanging things- again, not very generous. The space between the storage and the sink is very narrow.
But the most RIDICULOUS design choice was to have a decent sized area for the commode and tub/ shower, and NOT ONE HOOK on 3 walls for a towel, with the exception of the hook behind the door, not designed for a towel. I canāt tell you how much I hated hanging my towel on the ironing board hung on the wall.
