We got to our room and immediately started looking for a new hotel. The room was very dingy and had dirty towels and trash everywhere. Couch was stained and dirty. The shower was moldy, I would not recommend staying here.

There were many unfavorable impressions about this property. There was no sense of care in being dealt with as a guest. The room was not clean. Hair was everywhere and when this was brought to the attention of the staff it was not resolved. When asked for towels and linen the quality was poor. For a wash cloth, it was torn from a larger towel. The linen for the pull out was not standard as well.

the mattresses need to be replaced, they are old and the frame also needs to be updated. i sat in the corner and the whole think lifted. they also need to fix the elevator it sounded like it was going to break the shaking actually scared by 1 year old nephew and he started crying.
