Bad customer services Natalie the front receptionist was very rude. Looking at the reviews it seems I'm not the only person that thinks they are lacking good customer service and cleanliness. From how I was greeted, I just knew the hotel was going to be bad.The room was nasty. The bed was hard with dirty sheets. I found a vape by the bed so glad my kids did not find it first. The carpet was ripped and old with hair and crumbs all over and the pull out sofa had white powder substance builded up on the mattress. Also, the hallway and elevators are just as bad. This place needs to shut down for a day and do a deep cleaning with some repairs. I do not recommend this hotel. Too bad I did not look at the reviews before booking. They are accurate!!!

We will stay here again!

Overall, the hotel was very clean and the service was very good. One of the parking lot lights was flickering a couple of the nights we were there and it was right outside our window so that was a little disturbing. When we mentioned it to them they did get it fixed the first night, but then a couple of nights later it was doing it again. The only other issue we had was the person staying in the room above us was rather heavy footed. We were on the second floor and when we stay there next time we will ask for a room on the top floor. I realize in a hotel there is going to be noise from other rooms, but this was going on late into the night.

Gross

This place is gross. They didn’t change our sheets and hair was all over them. We had to return the old sheets to get clean ones and we put them on ourselves. Only 2 bath towels and we had to exchange them to get more. Hard to do when there’s 4 people in your group. Beds were super hard. Toothpaste was all over the walls. Tub and sink both stopped up within minutes of use.

Disappointing

I was very disappointed by our stay here. I booked based on the stock pictures and reviews, but this hotel did not meet expectations at all. Everything was dirty and worn out. The pool was over chlorinated, pool area was dirty, and there were no towels. Breakfast was a very limited selection. The room we stayed in was dirty and in disrepair, plus there was no hand soap! The poor front desk clerk was working her hardest to help everyone.

The room was very dusty every where and stains on towels. There was no hand soap. There were a ton of holes in the curtain. The breakfast wasn’t the best. The bagels were very hard. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pool towels were stained and very small that even a small child couldn’t use.
