I had reserved a room for 8 nights for almost $1400. As I walked to the room, the hotel felt old and worn out despite the hotel being only 7 years old. When I arrived to the room, it felt grungy, and there were loose tiles in the foyer of the room as I entered. The sheets were stained including an old blood stain. As soon as I had inspected the room I went back to the front desk and told them I could not stay there. I was told the manager was not there and they couldn’t doanything. The towels in our room were stained and so was one of the comforters. our coffee maker was mixing a part so we couldn’t make a cup coffee. Went down the hall to get ice and the ice machine was out of order.

Unfortunately the room was a bit dirtier than expected. The bathroom mirror still had stains from the previous guests. There’s lots of dust on the lamps. The sheets also had stains. It was good for a night stay though.

No sheets or pillows for the rooms junior suite foldout couch bed. When unfolding the couch bed several cigarette butts popped up from the mattress among dirty stains. Fewer towels were provided for the weekend stay. Ice machine on floor broke, sticky floor inside elevator.
