The location was perfect. I thought I had bought the jr suite but could not prove it but still had to pay the price for it but only stayed in a regular Rome for $215 fir one night.

A Lubbock Hotel

This Hilton was showing its age. Whereas some of the bathroom was updated, there was mold. The staff was very good at responding when we needed extra towels and coffee. Overall a good weekend.

We stayed only one night. The room was clean, but the bathtub had substantial wear and tear. The front desk was usually unmanned, so it was difficult to find help if needed.

I was not able to get internet access. The coffee in the lobby was terrible. Couldn’t drink it. Tasted like the urns needed to be cleaned. The coffee maker in the room looked too dirty to use.

I was able to get a reservation . the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I did notice the shower was not as clean as I would expect. There was rust on the hinges and visible dirt in the corners of the room. The towels were nice and thick..

Son’s birthday weekend spending time with granddaughter. We were pleased with the hotel overall, saddened that the pool was closed. The staff said it had been closed for the past 7 months! Disappointed granddaughter as she loves to swim.
