Nice, clean hotel

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The indoor pool is shut down indefinitely which I wish I had known about. Overall, I would stay there again.

From Matt and the rest of the helpful front desk staff to housekeeping, our one night stay en route to Santa Fe was very comfortable! Great place to stay if visiting Lubbock or to break your travels. While you are in Lubbock, please check out the nearby Apple Tree Café and Bakery for a sumptuous breakfast!

The staff were very helpful. Our AC unit wasnt working and the night staff got it going for us. I didnt like the drunk that was allowed to hang around in lobby and harrass my 2 young daughters. Staff knew about it but didnt do anything even after i complained. He should have been told to stay in his room or police should have been called.

Very nice hotel and lots of areas to shop, grab a bite to eat, and a couple of gas stations nearby. The hotel is near a Main Event (bowling alley/arcade place) so it’s great for a family that has children or young adults who want to have fun. There is also a mall a few miles away if you feel like shopping around the area. The hotel itself is beautiful and quaint. The interior design is lovely. The room I stayed in was perfect for me and my friend during our stay. Everything was clean and smelled great walking in. There’s a free washer and dryer area for guests who plan to stay for more than a week. The pool was unfortunately closed but it was okay since the weather was a bit cold during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to people I know who plan to visit Lubbock. Will come back to this hotel whenever I’m in the area again.

Staff were very nice. The room was not clean. There was hair all in the sink like a man had just shaved. All the stubble in the sink. There were also stains in the tub…. Not sure what that was. Will not be back.

Enjoyed the quiet, safe area and the room was just what I needed after a long drive. The pillows could have been a little fluffier and the shower a tiny bit cleaner, but overall I was very happy with my stay.
