For anyone staying here, it’s a cute place with an amazing view. There are no televisions in the rooms. It was no problem for us, but was a surprise. Just know that before booking. Don’t plan on curling up and watching tv in your room.

There’s a shared common area and with a fridge, tables, chairs, coffee pot and piano. The walls are paper thin. It sounded like the neighbors next door were literally screwing in my room. No tv or radio to drown it out either. Wouldn’t stay again.

Quaint bayside converted inn. Rooms are spacious, view is wonderful, staff helpful, restaurant pretty good, parking terrible, room amenities nonexistent, including no tv. Mold on shower head. In spite of these short comings would stay again and recommend to others for a quiet and off beat place.

I have stayed here several times in the past however not in the rooms on the wharf. I would improve by adding rugs as the stone floors are cold and easily get dirty, add a small television and a mini fridge, and change out clean towels each day. The common area room is very nice.

Liked having partial view of harbor and access to cooking facilities. Did not like room by common area where we heard everyone coming and going including persons on balcony outside our room. Mattresses did not seem to fit into iron bed frames correctly which caused a lot of noise when climbing in and out of bed. Attached restaurant was good.

The problem with the room is it’s an echo chamber because there are no rugs or carpeting. Most traveling is the fact that there is water coming out from under the toilet, so clearly the wax gasket needs to be replaced under the toilet. This is a health hazard. The other somewhat annoying thing is that there was no coffee in the kitchen and the restaurant waitress did not make coffee on time so that was frustrating. There is no television in the room.

We rented the 2 bedroom - 2 bath apartment which is modern and has a fantastic view. After we checked in, I noticed that there was no coffee for the coffee maker, then I saw that the linen on the bed seemed like it had been slept-in so I pulled the covers and found several brown stains on the bedsheet. The bathrooms had not been cleaned and were disgusting, and the floor had not been vacuumed. I called the reception who promptly sent someone to clean the room properly and provide us with coffee. Also, be aware that there are no curtains, only blinds that do not close properly (one in one of the bedrooms could not be lowered because the string being defective), letting the light in very early in the morning. Another negative is the lack of television. Caution: check the beds and bath as soon as you check-in to make sure that they are clean.

It’s right on the water. Beautiful view. Self check in. The room was well cared for. The town was pretty much closed. I stayed here in the middle of the week in the spring. Fortunately I brought some food and drinks for the night.
