Comfortable beds and pillows. Soft sheets. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The grandkids loved the pool. Conveniently located to Oriole Park for ball games. Would stay here in a heartbeat again.

The property was convenient to the car ferry dock. The young lady who checked us in did not have a lot of knowledge of the surrounding area when we asked questions about where to go to find things (like local gas stations or a car wash).

Our room had an infestation of Bedbugs (full grown to larvae). We contacted the front desk at 10:30pm to let them know. They kept telling us they were no bugs. We showed them pictures then brought them to the room to show them in person. They finally offered us another room, but upon inspection found the mattress to be stained and gross and questionable whether there were larvae. We said we'd rather leave and find another hotel. They finally agreed to refund our money. I would not stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay, it suited our needs just fine! The price was great, the rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfy! Definitely will stay here on our next visit to the area!

Stayed at the property for one night to go fishing in Ludington area early the next morning. Prices were very reasonable online, there were no hidden fees when booking through Travelocity. Upon my arrival, i arrived late, no worries, I called ahead of time and the owner thanked me and said someone will be available when I arrived. Easy check in process, the attendant was very friendly. Upon entering the room, I was very impressed. Very clean, good smelling room ( not over powered by chemicals) quiet surrounding. I usually don't sleep well my first night away from home, but here, I fell asleep within minutes. I left the key card on the TV stand because I left very early and was overall very impressed with the accommodations. Would definitely stay here again my next time in Ludington.
