Ok for 1 night

Fine for a one night stay but the room smelled disturbingly and overwhelmingly of disinfectant upon entering. Beds were very comfortable, but overly thick pillows could not be sufficiently flattened. Floor got very wet from shower. No floor mat for the shower, so had to use a towel. Shower wall was dirty. Breakfast was good. Staff member running breakfast was very nice and helpful.

Great stopping point if you are snow birding. Easy access from highway, good rooms, easy to bring stuff into the room to keep it safe, and lots of food options and Walmart for road-trip needs.

This is an old-style "motel" property with entrance doors on the outside. The noise from the parking lot, nearby I-95, and guests rolling their suitcases on the walkway was terrible. The room was modernized with fresh paint and new furniture, but there's no getting away from the "Motel 6" vibe and inconveniences that come with it. Mind you, I paid $112 for this room, which is quite a bit for an unsatisfying experience. P.S. The free breakfast ends at 9am on a weekend day. Who does that? Instead of 6-9am, how about 7-10 on weekends?

Deceptive!!!!!!! Advertising!!!!! Outside Entry. This is not a 'Best Western' Worst Western The pictures show amazing property. But, all rooms are not connected to a hallway...all are outside entry. 30 degrees today. Also, when I went to breakfast lobby...locked! Lady said we open at 6 AM. Here I am...a paid customer...locked out of the lobby. She was quite a gal. She reluctantly let me in. Also, no elevator so any staying on floor two...exciting times carrying all luggage up. Would not recommend! Best Western really should do better than this.
