I wasn’t expecting a lot since my reservation was made at the last minute, but this Best Western was a really nice surprise! The staff was amazing and saw to everything we needed. All we had to do was ask. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was hot and delicious; just what we needed! We stayed two nights and were never woken at night by loud guests in any direction. The air conditioning worked decently, as did the refrigerator. We never used the microwave or the coffeemaker, but they were provided. This property is reasonably close to First Monday Trade Days, though not close enough to be easily walkable. You’d want to drive, but it was less than 10 minutes. My only complaint is that the coffee was Folgers. I wouldn’t deduct a star for that, though.

The Staff were extremely professional nice and accommodating. We had a leak in our room and they relocated us to another room. No problem. Ms. Devin and all the front office staff were all very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here.

We came in from Alvin, Texas for Canton’s Trade Days. We had a When we became tired after trooping around the grounds we had Best Western there to welcome us back to a soothing atmosphere!

Rude and inconsiderate people

Other customers were very inconsiderate. There was a young group of little girls there for a tournament. They were screaming and yelling at the pool which was right outside our room while the adults didnt have the courtesy to tell them to keep it down since this started at 830-10pm. Then after that they were running around screaming until midnight while all the adults were all together in one room drinking and just as loud as their kids. Then at 6am in the morning the adults decided to gather right in front of our door and were filling up all the coolers with ice and laughing and being loud about how much they drank the night before. Even took ot upon themselves to lean against our car and put their purses and bags on our hood. We asked them to remove the items. Then came back from walking my dog and they all were still in front of our door. They watched me leave with my dog so they knew that was our room but I still had to ask them to move out of the way so i could get in my room. Not the hotels fault but that was the rudest most inconsiderate group of people I've ever encountered.
