Wonderful stay. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Had a blast on our girls weekend+. Only caution for future visitors; the room we had (atrium) felt a bit like a cave, because no windows facing outside. If your looking for a super quiet place to unwind this is perfect for you, but if you would like to see any sunshine or evening sky from your room, I would choose one of the rooms with a balcony.

It was a great stay right from the start! It was right by the ferry and the service was impeccable the second we walked off the ferry! It was located right in the downtown area, so everything was right there and we could easily stop in anytime we needed! We had a waterfront room…really enjoyed the trip! Definitely recommend!!!

Outstanding customer service and an incredibly friendly team! I accidentally left my phone at the hotel after leaving the island, but when I called, the staff quickly located it, packaged it with care, and sent it to me on the next ferry to the mainland.
