Liked shuttle service to and from boat dock. Bathroom was tiny and in serious need of repair Drains in shower and sink were clogged and slow. Hair dryer was not working. Lightbulbs needed replacing. Difficulty communicating with cleaning staff. Room in general needed a good cleaning.

We stayed at this property two years ago before it was taken over by Wyndam and it was excellent, clean and a good price. Since then it has become dirty, lack of repair. We will not stay here again. The chain should be embarrassed to have their name on it.

The room took several hours to actually be ready after check-in time. We had to get ready for a wedding, so was a major inconvenience to be told our room would not be ready without being cleaned/door opened for several hours. Would absolutely not stay again.

We were assigned a room when we first arrived. It was in such poor condition. It barely had any water pressure, the air conditioning didn't work, had damp rid under the beds (in a pet friendly room), the power outlets were outdated. We complained and a nice young man at the desk changed our room after the air conditioner didn't work. It was a better room, but for being a Wyndham Hotel very surprised at the condition of the whole unit

You get what you pay for. It’s a poor condition motel. The wall by the shower was moving. The table in our room was falling apart . So it was a ok motel just for sleeping and to clean up. They are serving free breakfast everymorning but not the healthiest . Staff was friendly !

A nice surprise based on the price!

I was very pleased with the hotel. Based on the price I didn’t think it would be as nice as it was. It was clean and comfortable without any bad smells! I would definitely stay there again.

The ceiling tiles over the tub was ready to fall out. Air Conditioner didn't work (didn't cool). We went to another motel and tried to get a refund and was told that it was booked by a third party so only refunded one night. Open staircase, not desirable to us. Worse than that the host of the motel lied to us about a room on the first floor telling us there was none available. Then when we returned, there were several available after booking at another motel. I would not recommend this one to anyone.

The continental breakfast wasn’t much of a breakfast they had microwaveable pancakes, cereal, bagels, and mini biscuits with canned gravy We also had chewed gum, candy and other garbage behind the bedside tables when we checked in The pool was amazing and the room wasn’t terrible but trying to find parking was horrible because of how booked the hotel was nightly
