Clean and easy

Mom and I were passing thru from a UP weekend trip. Rooms were clean and comfy, beds were spacious. No microwave in the room, but we could use the one in the lobby area to pop some popcorn.

The staff especially Crystal were rude I asked to speak to the manager and staff said will call me later, he never did Saw him today morning and he did ignored me I asked the staff to speak to him and the staff said he can hear you Manager was himself rude talking to me from behind the area and never showed me his face There was a smell in the room I believe from dirty carpet Bed was terrible, matter sunk deep and very uncomfortable Have us the key to the room at check in and the room wasn’t ready

The sink and vanity were outside the bathroom and was located just inside the door coming into the room. I would prefer to have the vanity in the bathroom. And the lighting in the bathroom was very dim, you had to turn the time on for a brighter light. Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean.

Over all was satisfied with my stay only complaint was the internet would not connect with my device but the view of the bridge was breath taking and the ability to walk down to the water was awesome

Stayed here for the weekend and it was very pleasant . The staff was nice room was clean and convenient to shopping eating and right across from the bridge! I would stay again . Also big plus because they’re pet friendly :)
