Didn't feel welcome - everyone seemed to just be going through the motions of their jobs and very indifferent to guests. Very noisy in the hall early in the morning with a constant banging sound - discovered it was the cleaning staff just letting doors and cart cabinets slam shut. Bed needs to be changed out - definite wear on one side. Will go elsewhere.

The gentleman that checked me in was awesome. There was an issue with my reservation. It apparently had been canceled in error by a staff member. This gentleman went above and beyond to assist me in a new reservation and advised me on what I needed to do to get the refund from my cancelled reservation.

We always stay here when we’re traveling from MN to IN as it’s a halfway point. We love the town - it’s smaller and has decent restaurants. The hotel is always clean and quiet, staff is great.
