Great Stay

This stay was beyond our expectatons, located in the center of the beautiful and busy city. Walking 5-6 miles each day and viewing the beautiful city, tasting the wonderful wines and the great tapas, enjoying the local people living daily life and returning to comfort and hospitality of your hotel.

Fabulous Downtown Hotel

Visiting Madrid from USA to see our granddaughter who lives in Madrid. I chose this hotel because it was centrally located for easy walking and was thrilled to find that it was perfect in every way! The hotel is beautiful and enjoyed the open air on the roof overlooking the city. Staff was wonderful, room was great. Loved the stay!

Clean rooms, professional staff, and the location is prime both for transportation and for sights to see. Only negative was that they tried charging us for using the breakfast service more times than we actually did (we used it twice, but charged us for three times) and they added a minibar charge as well, even though we never used it. Didn’t like that. Thankfully, the concierge took off the charge, but it’s upsetting anything like that is even possible to begin with.

Great location! Walkable to most tourists destinations and public transportation is near by. Good price for the location but lack some amenities… no refrigerator and no safe. I would recommend this hotel for its central location!
