I didn't like the first day we were there on Thursday because the pool had bugs in it. Although, the place overall was nice. I would say a 4pm check-in time made the elevator area crazy causing long wait times. Food was ok, but could never order room service due to the app being busy. The excuse was they turn the app to busy during rush times, but even outside of certain still couldnt order so went down to order/pick up food and there was no line. Waitress in the restaurant (regardless of the place at resort) were slow with just getting drinks. Water in room was only shooting out cold water , but hot water was slow to come out especially with the tub, so didn't get to enjoy.

We enjoyed a wonderful spring break getaway at Margaritaville. We have made plans to return. I wish the bedding was clean as I encountered hairballs and blood. I also wish the bathroom had been mopped or mopped more thoroughly as it smelled a bit of urine. I always travel with my cleaning supplies which sufficed however, vacationing is about relaxing! Service was great at the front desk. There was one other instance where I was denied adequate towels and told that the policy on how many towels one could get had changed because of a text from her supervisor the night prior. All in all, an enjoyable experience.

Great stay with many positives. There were a lot of amenities and the room layout was amazing. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Unfortunately, there were also some frustrations . -The restaurant wasn't open even though a staff member directed us to it. We ended up going to the bar & grill. I didn't see an option for room service either. -We also opted to eat breakfast off-site because there was no information about where it was offered (other than just coffee and muffins at the cafe). -The shampoo offered in the room had a broken pump and the bottle couldn't be removed from the holder. So, it was really hard to wash my hair.

The resort is beautiful. Our room was too. We came when it was cold, so I was hoping for some quiet time, but music from the Bar and Grill you can hear all the way in the hotel. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The only heated pool with bar was closed for maintenance so they only had one hot tub available for the entire resort and it was tiny. We received notification to order “poolside” so we attempted and were told they weren’t able to do it so we had to leave the pool and go to a restaurant to get drinks. The ice machine on our floor was broken and didn’t have a sign. The shower was disgusting…mold everywhere on the tile and hard water clogging a lot of the outlets on the shower head so the water sprayed EVERYWHERE. The refrigerator was uneven so it wobbled every time you opened and closed it which caused everything to fall out when it opened. The food was extremely expensive and tasted like it came out of a package and was microwaved. It was extremely unfortunate and I would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND!
