No cafe machine in the room, very small fridge, No microwave

Luke warm showers after waking in nyc all day. Broken tv in the main bedroom. Toilet was clogging when flushing every time. Pull out bed was very stained and they did not have any covers for it or extra pillows for my kids. Pool was closed, we booked it for the pool. Kids are disappointed. The staff was friendly but did not help with any issues, besides offer too change rooms at 1am but said there could be a chance the water in that room would be the same way. He was very nice, it was just very disapointing. The breakfast was large and decent. The rooms were pretty quiet, there was a screaming baby next door that i didn't hear until i opened the door to the hall. They was a bus stop right in front of the place, so that was awesome. Just a miserable experience with the luke warm shower after a long day in the city.

Excelente y económico

The hotel was very updated and comfortable. We had to park in the back up parking lot due to our late arrival but that worked out fine. The staff was very attentive.

The way of serving Breakfast was wonderful. Space cleanness& room structure was a plus.
