Is a perfect stay, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable for the stay.

I’m certain for the money I could have booked somewhere a bit cleaner, a bit quieter and with a speedier elevator. Weird breakfast set up with a Starbucks that is not a Starbucks. Weird ‘here’s some vouchers for bottles of water’ situation. Comfy beds though.

When we finally got the keys to our room, it turned out the room was already occupied so we had to go back to the lobby and get a new room. We were in a rush to get to a dinner event so this turned out to be a real inconvenience. Never happened here before, so just hoping it’s a one off as we stay here somewhat often.

The rooms had a bad smell. They were dirty and need an upgrade for sure. The pictures look nothing like real life. We checked in got to the room and left. They charged us for that night but we were not staying there! We ended up at the M Social Hotel and it was amazing.
