Great location and clean. Free breakfast was also great! Rooms are compact and lobby is non existent. Sometimes there is a wait for elevators, but overall a very good experience.

Rooms were cleaned up properly and amenities were okay and wish microwave or tiny refrigerator provided in the room. Great location and good food options in the same place. Good feeling of being in nyc heritage property

Check in and out was quick. Staff extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Room key was down but was escorted to my room and my keycard was ready 30 minutes later so no big deal. Room very clean and a ton of lighting. Bathroom updated with exceptional lighting. Only negative was the AC would run 5 minutes and then cut off. Had to turn it to 65 to cool the room down to an acceptable level to sleep. High temps outside were mid 60’s so should not have needed to run the AC that much. Overall, this hotel met my standards (which most say are high) and I would stay there again.
