Very old and out dated (didn’t match pictures)… Automated doors were broken, closet elevator was out of order, which made things very inconvenient with lots of luggage and a baby. The bath towels smelled, and you could hear people yelling at each other through the walls and hallways.

They let strangers into anyone’s room

It was great until some random girl let herself into my room and was doing drugs in there. Then I was so freaked out I didn’t even spend my last night there I told The front desk but nothing happened and had to sleep somewhere else

Lovely property in reasonably nice shape in a convent location with a good room rate. Check in staff friendly but failed to mention that the elevator was out of order while assigning us a second floor room. Stairs are not an issue for us unless we have a big bag, which we did after returning from two weeks in Europe. We are in our 70s. The other nit to pick is the only toilet paper in the room was a 1/4 roll with no spare to be found. Otherwise the facility was lovely and probably would give it 4.5. Breakfast was adequate with lots of options. But lastly, and this is not directed as much as just at this hotel but at American hotels in general, why do they all blare bad news from big TVs in the breakfast rooms? This was glaring after two weeks in similar class hotels in Europe that had soft pleasant music playing in the breakfast rooms. Why don’t we? Do we need to start our days shocked?

The television would turn on but no channels worked try calling front desk and received a busy signal all night and morning. Went to front desk in the am and the clerk came to the room to see if she could fix it. She informed me that maintenance would need to check it out. However we were checking out in a half hour so it didn't matter anymore. She did apologize however we were not compensated for the inconvenience.
