I came late at 3:00am after 6hours traveling and the reception was already closed. The girl refused to help me, it was raining outside and too late. I did my reservation online before but could'nt get my room !! At least i hope the payment will not be done in this situation !!!

There was nothing unique about this property. I booked a room for two nights and on the second night the room pass card key would not work and had to go back to lobby to have the front desk unlock it. As I was waiting, their were other guest that told me they had the same issue. The room itself was clean and just okay for a weekend stay but would not want to stay there more than two nights.

Breakfast

The room is good. They did say they offered breakfast but the only thing they offered was muffins and uncooked oatmeal with no plates to even make it on and coffee they don’t really have anything for kids when it came to drinks or anything else besides the muffin and oatmeal. So if you want to stay somewhere for the night n maybe eat else where is a good place.

First and last stay

The whole hotel including the room smelled pretty awful (something between rotten pizza boxes and BO). When staying in a room with a kitchenette, you would expect there to at least be a coffee maker but you had to make a special request to have any dishes, coffee maker, etc. It was also a bit disconcerting that no one is at the front desk over night and you can just walk right in without needing to swipe your key!

Room was filthy - bed had hairs and dirt in it (looked unchanged since last occupant), pillow had black dirty stains. Used tissues etc under armchair. Microwave broken. Receptionist Jodie was helpful and tried her best to fix things but we had to change rooms in the end, from queen to twin bed. No tea/ coffee in room. Breakfast poor compared to other similar hotels - no milk for coffee or porridge, only sweet liquid coffeemate. Nothing fresh.

Nice hotel.

Everything was amazing, just the earlier morning some guests was shouting in the corridor, thats not acceptable. But hotel is very good, bed was wonderful.

Terrible place to stay

Kathy the general manager treated me rudely and disrespectfully and then tried to turn it on me when it was the hotel itself that took authorizations and then refused to even acknowledge it. I showed the information to the police that she called on me to get me to leave I was leaving anyway but she called just because she could and they agreed with me but they said it was civil and not Criminal
