All in all a pleasant stay

The staff were excellent. Every person we met was attentive to our needs.

Nice room that was clean and comfortable, infact the bed was really comfortable. The room was warm and it had the coffee/tea making facilities that we find for us are a must have. Room was great for the price and their shuttle bus to the airport was great .

Nice and cozzzzzy place

I stopped at this hotel as we'd used it before to stop in Manchester. Big rooms, comfy bed, good shower, felt safe & great location

I had booked a room without a window and upgraded. It was a lovely large double aspect room. The noise from the road both traffic and construction work was fierce. I will return but will ensure I have a room without a window. It will be quieter and I will get sleep. Breakfast was okay. Orange juice was lovely. I was down for 7.30am when it starts. The scrambled egg was stone cold and at best the rest was lukewarm. No grapefruit and/or prunes. The fruit was either an apple or orange.
