Poor choice

Booked a handicapped room. Asked at check-in and assured it was. It wasn't. The property was not maintained. Front walkway cracked and needed to be swept. Safety concern for elderly with a cane. The trashcan at the back entrance closest to our room was overflowing when we arrived (not welcoming!) And still nasty when we left. Breakfast was pitiful. And no one around to restock or clean up. Offered cereal but no milk in the fridge! The name Sonesta used to stand for quality!

Was nice would stay again

The bed was good the pillows not so much. Not much but sports on the TV if you like that. The pool was cold so I only put a leg in. The breakfast was eh not much to choose from. The fitness room was great the treadmills are way nice. And the room and balcony and the grounds and fire pit look awesome .

It was a nice place for the night. They'd have a little rust in the tub, which was gross. And when booking the reservation, there is no option for a dog. You have to call, to let them know you are bringing a dog. They will book a random room. But when you show up with a dog, they will change your room. To the 1st floor which is annoying.

The room was great, but there was noise from the train, the clerk sent me the long way to the room, and the breakfast was sub par. As a point of reference, the Best Western I stayed at the night before in Kimball Tennessee had just as nice a room, a quieter location, better guest service, and a much better breakfast.
