Dirty.....Hair in bathtub and on shower curtain. Bathroom counter was dirty. Bathroom plug ins(outlets) were so loose, my hair dryer and curling iron wouldn't even stay plugged in. Bags of trash in hallway. The worst part was the COCKROACHES!!! Not acceptable!!

The room I was assigned had a malfunctioning lock. Despite the fact that I had to have the clerk assist me in opening the door on at least four occasions, no solution was offered. The clerk told me "I'll try to get you a room with a better lock next time." At this point, that next time seems doubtful, at best.

Majority of the continental breakfast was not operational... they only offer bread, cereal and juice; I am in wheelchair and there was no ADH rooms available only one entry for ADH. Truly the facility is not ADH accessible

The establishment wasn’t even remotely handicapped accessible despite offering “accessible rooms” on hotels.com. No elevator and the rooms offered had been booked out long term despite being available online. We left within minutes of arrival and immediately cancelled our reservation.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned before we checked in. The next morning I asked if they weren't providing breakfast and he said there is bread and milk and cereal and acted surprised I didn't consider that sufficient.
This was the shower in our room. It also dripped the entire stay.

I completed the pre-check in and when we got here it showed that we didn’t have a room or that someone had already booked in (not being me). The person at the front desk was finally able to find the reservation and we got our room. The room smelled like smoke and wasn’t clean, the plug ins were wonky, and the bathroom had very little toilet paper and towels. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I refused to stay there. This property is occupied mostly by construction workers. The GM explained that is why the carpets were filthy, stained, worn, & covered by debris. Lobby furniture from Goodwill. My room reeked of cigarette smoke. Bed was disheveled. The GM offered to find another room for me, but I had no interest in staying there. The GM said, "Well, our parking lot is full," indicating she didn't care. Outside were side streets where young men were racing loud cars.

Room was very dirty, bed headboard was dusty with dead bugs. Old coffee grounds in the coffee pot so that wasn’t cleaned. TV would go black randomly for about 10 seconds when watching a show.
