It felt like a 4-star, especially as there was no access to the gym and spa. The terrace was closed, so there was no space to sit outdoors. The elevators were very slow and needed a proper lift management system.

Terrible odor on 11th floor. Likely toxic. Old carpet is just gross. Buffet breakfast was quite good, as Filipino buffets go, but still not much for us Westerners.
