Nice place to sleep, but if you want to relax in the pool or the hot tub, make sure there’s no little league travel baseball team. The amount of noise, throwing water everywhere, the lack of parental control as they sit ideally by. Other parent couldn’t even care less, as they were in the courtyard, drinking and smoking while other kids ran up and down the hallways, door knock ditching each other. Thank God for quiet time. One should not have to ask staff to remind people of being mindful for other guests. The best part of the hotel. If you like cold air while you sleep, the ac unit was awesome. I set the temp to 50* and the wife made me place it back up to 65. It gets arctic best ac I’ve ever slept in. I did get up to lower it when the wife fell asleep. The hotel is close enough to any restaurant you want, and an amazing shopping store- Woodmans. They have anything and everything one would want for traveling.

Two day stay - did not put “no room service needed” sign out, hoping to at least get fresh bath towels. Came back to hotel room to find no room service received. Called front desk and was told that only room service for multiple day stays on week days. Can come down and get new towels at front desk. REALLY. For one, would think the offer would be to run us up towels and second, what are we paying for? Disgusting. We have a three day weekend in Eau Claire and it will not involve Staybridge. Never ask for something for nothing, but this situation is really hard for me to drop or get over. Almost want to ask for a refund. Just do not get it? Just cannot stay there again

We would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we fly out to visit family. Nice and quiet, easy to use, and very good overall. The bed was very comfy, HVAC easy to use, and many other perks. The pool was very nice and clean. Especially good for close access to good eats and nature on the river walk. Good parking, too.

Generally very good. Nice place, nice “happy hour”, good breakfast. Pretty clean. Negative would be old bath towels and the front desk not telling me my room was all the way around the back, thus me lugging two bags around the inside when I could have parked near a very close entrance door. Friendly staff, though.
