Our new MUST STAY in Marathon

Beautiful hotel with lush tropical landscaping, multiple chill out areas with epic views of the ocean. Superb pools (one infinity) and great pool bar. Honestly can’t fault this wonderful hotel and hope to return for a longer stay real soon

The TV did not work the my second day in the room. I called the front desk they said someone would come to address the issue. When I returned that night the TV was not fixed nor do I believe any maintenance person came to the room. The same night the lights in the room stopped working properly. I went to the front desk in the morning. They did transfer us to a new room. But also said they would wave the resort fee. I just looked at my credit card bill and I was charged a resort fee everyday. I did not ask to wave the fee. When something is offered and not followed through with I get a little upset. It might be because I have owned an air conditioning business for 13 years and when I or one of my employees tells a customer something I make sure it’s followed through with. We are going to return to the keys on the next 3-4 months and I am considering looking at different options for a Hotel. Other then that the staff and facility was nice.

This was a place with great views of the water, nice shaded area near the private beach area. All of the pools are conveniently located to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and waterside views. Plenty of seating and tables around pools for ordering from the pool bar or bringing your own snacks down. Rooms are very comfortable. The only thing I wasn’t comfortable with although it’s convenient is the side doors and gates were not always locked, especially the side door coming in from the parking lot. We never had to use our key to get in that door.

We booked this property last minute on a road trip down the Keys! We were highly impressed with the staff, room, amenities, and views! Only here overnight but our loss - would totally stay here again!!
