Was unable to check in due to hotel giving our room away. Man at front desk was aggressive and rude and had ZERO hospitality skills. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst experience ever.

The staff was semi-helpful but not very welcoming. The sheets and towels are stained, noise woke me up throughout the night, pillows aren’t very good, you can’t walk to anything from here and the vending machine only takes cash.

The man checking us in seemed confused about the reservation we made through Expedia. We paid for a non smoking room and when we opened the door it was clearly not. Smelled like old stale cigarettes. When we drove around to our room there were 3 people smoking outside our doorway like it was party central. The pictures online from Expedia for this Red Roof Inn are clearly Not what is portrayed.Very disappointing!!
