Very helpful staff.

No super impressed but it was close to the airport so that was great, If you’re traveling in or out from Heathrow, you can access the hotel from inside the airport through a covered walkway. The customer service at the airport told me I had to walk to it outside but that was so inconvenient, so just find someone that’s competent lol

Nice clean room, very helpful staff. Food was lovely although no kids menu and the meals were LARGE so something to watch out for. You have to pay extra for a tea and coffee caddy/ pack in your room and you only get 2 of each so that was not brilliant but otherwise a really pleasant stay and nice room considering the low price. Perfect for Heathrow

Great hotel for overnight stay befor flight. Lovely room with anazing runway view. Runway bar excellent too.

The staff were fantastic here, couldnt be freindlier and more helpful, but the room was DIRTY! Mould in the bathroom, and generally in a terrible state of repair. The room smelt of urine and was incredibly small. Not reccomended at all. However, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind.

So really, what choices do you have? you want to be near your terminal in position to leave. The signage is poor within the hotel and it takes awhile to understand that your room, which has a number beginning with 2, is on the first floor. Food options within the hotel are predictably stratospheric in price, but you know that going in. Noice coming from neighbor plumbing a constant. Overcome by AC noise. It's what it is, an overpriced room where you need it.
