Staff excellent as usual. Rooms in need of an update (still). Been asking for power and USBs by the beds for years. Beds very comfy. Got an early check which I was very grateful for. Bar food menu limited, used to be better.

if you have an overnight layover at Terminal 5 in Heathrow you can't find an easier place to stay. Breakfast was excellent too. Great variety of dishes to please our family.

Greeted by a very polite man and assisted to check in desk. Check in lady very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and peaceful night with no noise disturbance. Amazingly easy to get to airport.

Super location. Just walk over to T5 for early departure to next stop. Nice, clean, spacious guest room. Lovely breakfasts, good selections, lovely omlette station. Hop on to Elizabeth Line and you will be on Oxford or Liverpool Street in an hour max, including walking!

This hotel is in a great location when one has a morning flight out of T5. The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean, and has comfortable beds. There are two restaurants and both are excellent at their price level.

Service was impeccable, delicious breakfast, very comfy bed, nice bathroom. My room was a little dated tech wise — could have more USB ports and plugs near the bed — but very manageable. FYI, it’s a bit of a hike from Terminal Five to the hotel, though it technically is in the terminal. I expected it to be more convenient. Still it was closer and beat the heck out of staying in London when I had to leave the next day. They were great offering me assistance to the gate. I’d be very happy to stay there again. Props to Aartee and the staff.
