The hotel is located in a convenient location to LHR and the Pods provide easy, affordable access to the airport. Check-in for me was easy but only 10 min later there was a line 6 people deep and only one (poor) guy at the front desk. Another man and I went to buy beverages and food from the shop but the payment machine was out of service. I was standing in line to pay at the front desk when a worker came to let me know that I couldn't pay for the items that way, only through the machine, so I needed to put the items back. ??? When I got back to my room I saw the order online or via phone menu, but soon learned this too was out of service. I also had a very limited toilet paper roll with no extra roll anywhere in the room. By the time I left in the morning, I was using Kleenex from my backpack anytime I went to the toilet.

Conveniently located near T5 pods for easy access to Heathrow Terminal 5. The hotel is old, run down and in serious need of upgrades and room renovations. Dining options are limited. Staff were not particularly helpful and messed up our booking. OK for a one night stay to get you where you need to go.

We were charged £20 to get in the room 30 mins earlier, our 2nd room booking for the next day they wanted £50 for an early check in, (the room only cost £74), my car got damaged in "The Secure" car park, staff were not bothered, wouldn't check cctv, Hotel was very dated and the windows in our room were scruffy, not been washed in a while, would definitely not stay here again.

The room was clean. Had everything you need for an overnight stay near the airport. The pods were easy to use. Top tip if you have a 8 am flight get there early. Safe to walk from hotel to pods, good lighting. Thanks

Caught the Pod here as a novel experience to start our holiday. Literally took ten minutes and quicker/cheaper and more fun than a bus or taxi. Staff manning check in desk were amazing and friendly. Room itself was more than adequate for my needs. Bed and pillow were also great. Quiet night and no noise from aircraft, only guests walking up and down corridors. Nothing to be done about that as I probably did the same to someone else the next morning. Breakfast the next day was a buffet to help yourself from. Followed by another pod to the terminal. Great comfortable stay with great links to the airport. Brilliant way to start your holiday
